Interesting. There is absolutely some merit to your title here, no doubt about it. But the body language in the picture - upon closer examination - does clearly indicate "what the hell is this guy doing" rather than "yay we won the war let's kiss". And what the heck is he doing with her left arm? That looks awkward and weird.
I never noticed that before.
