Here's a fact, whether they do or don't, it's none of the government's fucking business. It's a private club. No federal or state funds pay for that course.
Why is Augusta always in the spotlight for this shit? I remember a court case in the 90s where a guy sued a university because he wanted entry and was denied. It was an all girls school. He lost. Guess why...
It was a fully private school. No public funding.
