Sheriff's department disagrees, nothing is done about it.

This sort of thing doesn't even surprise me anymore.
These days being a police officer means you have a licence to murder whomever you want.

Disgusting. These are not good cops following proper procedures. They're sub-human assholes who have no business wearing a badge.
They ignored every fact, every procedure, every law just to torture this guy.
May they all rot.
