If you had to kick a ball for distance and accuracy, which foot would you use?

I kick small children.
Not mine, of course. That would be cruel.

Well, the right one. But when stepping off to walk or going into a fighting stance, I always lead with my left foot.

This.
Right is power. Left is jabs.

Ditto.
On a skateboard I'm goofy foot though (pushing with my right, with my left on the board).

When I was a kid, the kid in the neighborhood who could kick the best in kickball was left-footed (he was also left-handed). I was convinced he could kick better because he was left-footed, so I made myself left-footed. For a while, I was equally good with either foot, but eventually my left foot took over (soccer, etc).

I'm left handed for fine work, but right handed for strength. I shoot and throw right handed, but write and draw left handed.

Well since I write with the left, I consider myself left handed. Right footed, which probably goes with the strength work with the right hand. I throw right handed. Like a right handed girl, but right handed never-the-less.

Right and right. Although I can use either type of hockey stick. My shots with the RH one are probably a bit harder, but I think I have better control and passing with the LH kind.
