I went with "in love" but I think "getting some" would be a better way to phrase it.
EDIT: Gordon, wouldn't he would be at the top of the man-pile? I've always thought he'd be a pitcher rather than a catcher. (You know, in my daydreams and all)

As it was explained to me, it's so the catcher can be in control the activity. Considering pain, potential damage, etc.

"Top" and "Bottom" as used in that link aren't necessarily positional in terms of space; they refer more to the metaphorical positions.
I don't have the intimate knowledge of the topic that Cakedaddy does, but I can imagine what he says may be true.

I bet the dictionary was written by a straight guy who didn't know. Gay guys told me that the catcher goes on top for said reasons. I guess I'm leaning towards believing the dudes doin' it before what I read on the Internet.

"Catcher" and "Bottom" both refer to the receiver, regardless of actual position. The inverse is true of "Pitcher" and "Top".
From Wikipedia:Role vs. Position
Top, Bottom, and Versatile, as used in regards to sex between males, refer specifically to penetration role, regardless of the physical positioning during sex. For example, in positions where the inserting partner lies on his back and the receptive partner straddles the inserting partner, the inserting partner is still considered to assuming the "top" role, even though he is positioned on the bottom (and vice-versa). When used in reference to heterosexual and lesbian sex, the terms top, bottom, and versatile usually refer only to position and not to penetrative role.

Anyone know his real name? I've thought about doing a Google search to see if he truly did die.
Even if he just stopped coming here, usually folks pop back in from time to time. This would be especially true of IT type people.

On a month long bender: what about the other months? Even at a laughably worse case scenario of a 1:1 recovery-to-drinking time ratio, that's a lot of months unaccounted for.
