Fried, or grilled. Two slabs of chicken with bacon, cheese, and sauce in between
I had the fried one.
Grilled:
460 calories/ 23g fat/ 61g Protein/ 3g carb
Fried:
540 calories/ 32g fat/ 53g Protein/ 11g carb
I got mine without sauce, not sure how many fewer calories that is, I'll guess 40. At any rate, it was TASTY. My only complaint is that I think I would have preferred a hybrid, one grilled, one fried.
But it kept me full all day until dinner. So many people are saying it's a heart attack on a plate, but, seriously? Eat 3 of these a day, and you're still only at 1620 calories. Of course, you're prolly missing a lot of vitamins, but hey, eat some veggies and you're good.

Even adding a bun for another 200 calories, it isn't a HUGE lunch.
I have a hard time drinking water with meals, though.... so there's usually another 250 calories.

News said half the fat and all the salt for a day in one sandwich.

Fat isn't an issue.
Salt isn't an issue for me, I have low enough blood pressure.

I didn't care for it. It didn't taste like much.
But then they were out of bacon. Maybe the bacon is key.

I can't imagine that thing without bacon. Yeah, you were robbed.

Even in a recession fast food places can't hire people smart enough to build a sandwich without screwing up.
I don't get it.

Went to BK recently, they put cheese on my sandwich. This has happened more times than I can remember, over the years. I never order cheese on my sandwich.
So the next time I went there, when I ordered I specified "no cheese." The lady decides she needs to argue with me, "We never put cheese on a sandwich unless it is ordered that way, sir." I completely forgot that I was dealing with people who probably like to spit on food, and I said, "I wish that was true."
I probably ate spit but at least she didn't argue, again.

1) The chicken in the sandwhich is a LOT smaller than a chicken breast.
2) I always get mine without sauce.

Dude's an idiot.
Right there in his link is the nutrition facts for a filet:
170 calories; 7g fat
x2 =
340 calories; 14g fat
The bacon is small bacon; I'd estimate:
50 calories; 5g fat
The cheese is around 70-80 calories each, so:
150 calories; 17g fat
Which comes to:
540 calories, 36g fat
By my estimate.

Guaranteed to turn the eyes of the Third World resentfully in your direction, at any rate.
