Someone asked me.

Googling, they own every hit for "earth 4 energy scam" and every variation, so I can't find any honest opinions. That alone makes me skeptical.

1) There's a very annoying "Don't Leave Me!!" pop-up when you close the page.

2) I recognize the page layout as one of the many pre-packaged SEO advertising layouts that are out there floating around.

It's made by people who use the same tools and methods as the scammers often do. Not at all conclusive, but given no further information I'd lean towards avoiding it.
