Honestly, the trailer looks good. However, I'm only creating this thread so I can show you what Sydney Sweeney wore to the premiere.

I read the entire book series. The first book was the best (as is usually the case). So I'll watch it anyway, even though I know what happens.

What differed from the book to the movie?
I really enjoyed this movie, and not just because Sydney Sweeney got nekkid. It was subtle nudity, not full frontal. IF it was really her body. Her tit to waist ratio is insane if so...
Seeing Amanda Seyfried jump around in her panties wasn't unpleasant either.
As for the movie, very well acted by all involved. I thought the pacing was perfect for this sort of story.
I didn't read the book and went in completely blind, which probably helped my enjoyment. I just took the story as it was given, and didn't try to read into anything.
Paul Feig directs, and based on the time frame of when it was made...there's a touch of, let's call it female empowerment. However, it really doesn't show up until the final scene, which I thought was easily the worst part of the movie. It completely betrays the tone of the rest of the film. That's why I want to know if it fit the book series.
Despite the dumb final scene, this is recommended viewing.
