In a world where some people have powers, a young man with powers, of course, gets caught up with shady people while trying to save his ill mother.

There are some cool elements, like the robot cop units, but overall it's pretty boring for a movie with powered people.

Good acting. Good direction. Nothing really too wrong with it.

It's just meh.
