My daughters love the Despicable Me stuff, Minions, etc. So I downloaded the Despicable Me: Minion Rush game (Temple Run clone if you have played that).
Free to play, but wants the kids to pay $ for various power-ups, and costumes for the minions. Some of the costumes cost $30. Wtf?
At any rate, I googled and found iAppHacks.com which has hacked versions of games to try.
Caveats:
1) The best hacks require a one-time site donation of 10 Euros ($14) to get access to.
2) They work best (often exclusively) on jail-broken devices.
3) You can get banned if the vendor detects it, but that is rare on jailbroken VIP hacks.
Fortunately, a jailbreak was recently released for iOS 7, and it works fine if you follow the directions.
I donated the $14 to them, installed the hacked version, and then my kids could buy whatever costumes and crap they wanted.
