They were hoping for a franchise and the profits that go with it.

It was fine. As Catt said, exactly what you expect.

I do want to know how all these people are surviving on this island without food and fresh water. Or maybe why Shane was so trapped there as well. (He'll always be Shane to me.) Must have been amazing leverage considering his desires.
