It was honestly jarring to hear the n-word so often in this movie.

The first 30 minutes of the movie were not very good. The middle 30 were a little boring. The final 30 were the best part.

My favorite line is "Where the white women at?"

I don't know what to think about that being your first viewing.

You can disagree, but you'd be wrong. Although, to be fair, I can see it being dated based upon a first viewing in 2018 for a movie from the 70s.

Yeah, my memory is that SpaceBalls was better, but I saw that one when I was 14 or so.

I think I haven't seen Blazing Saddles since I was 14, but "a bunch of Kansas City faggots" still cracks me up.

Greatest comedy of all time. Hands down. Had to buy it on DVD because I suspect at some point it will be pulled.

But that's the tragedy of political correctness. The entire movie is making fun of racists.

I understand. But people hear the words, not the context.

And that's the problem. Governing to the lowest common denominator.
