Mary Poppins Returns opens on the 19th.
A couple of studios are going to have a bad Christmas.
This also gets me thinking about Star Wars who has their flag planted on Christmas releases. I wonder if other studios have been watching the exodus of fans thanks to TLJ and will no longer fear opening a movie the same day? Thing is, the franchise that could execute SW is Marvel, and since they're the same company, they won't do that.
