Hey remember when Google was censoring the internet for the Chinese government and when people found out they stopped and claimed they wouldn't be doing that again?
They're censoring again.
The intent here is just. The problem is the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
There's either freedom of speech or there isn't. As soon as one person or entity decides it knows better, freedom of speech is dead and now all messages are just what that person or entity determines is ok.

I feel like this should be handled in more of a legal manor. IIRC, Germany has legally banned Nazi stuff and holocaust denying. Of course, can be a slippery slope once government regulate speech. I dunno. Maybe let us have a purge day for those people.

They can be an editor and open up all responsibilities that come with that, or they can be a provider of a service like the phone company. I'm getting really tired of this dancing between the raindrops they're allowed to do.

I saw TPRJones's name on a video the other night, in the list of people supporting him. I confirmed with TPR, it was him.
"Movies with Mikey." Is a good channel.

Which one involves him?
Also, that channel loses all credibility with me for the "In Defense of TLJ" video.

I think it was the Wonder Woman one. TPR's name at the end.

I've had that one for about a year now. It's worth it.

Yeah, didn't know that it existed until a month or so ago. The normal plan with music was too much.

I think there are too many music services. Competition helps consumers, but it just feels like a lot.
And not to derail, but why is Spotify such a big player?
1.5ish billion iPhone users in the world all with access to Apple music.
How many billions subscribe to Amazon Prime and get their music as part of it?
Google is Android and YouTube music.
It boggles my mind that when discussing players I usually hear about Spotify first.
Oh, and there are still people who buy the physical media!

Imho, Spotify just had the best music-focused app. Actually, I thought Google Play Music did, but they fucked it over to become Youtube Music, and that's when I went to Spotify. Amazon's music app was garbage (maybe still is?), I've never used Apple's.

Apple's is fine. Type in a song title, artist, or even some lyrics and you'll find the song you want. You can insert it into your library and DL it so it'll still play when you're in a dead area. You can do playlists, randomize, see lyrics as the song plays, etc. Not sure what else one would need.
Although, they don't have anything Garth Brooks. I tried to get "Friends in Low Places" and it's not available. He have some kind of war against Apple or is it a general music rights thing across all the platforms?

Garth Brooks doesn't let his stuff go anywhere, afaik. It's not on Spotify either.

(googles)... Ah
Garth Brooks streams his music exclusively through Amazon Music Unlimited, having signed an exclusive deal in 2016.

There was something he did that made me kinda like him, but it was decades ago and I cannot in any way recall what it was.
