Don't know if there is an existing thread. The name is too common, there's a million hits.
Anyway, this is about a couple guys who decide to start being arms dealers one day, and manage to snag a $300mil Pentagon contract to arm Afghanistan. The story structure is kind of like Goodfellas.
I liked it better than I thought I would.
