I love that Tortilla Soup.
Anyway, went to one recently (the one in Maumee) after dancing at the Stranahan (for real) and had a horrific experience. Bad service, bad food, a manager and bartender openly bashing customers in front of us, etc.
Wrote to their website that night. Got a call the next day from the general manager and just got a $50 gift card in the mail. Woot!
