Night of the Living Deb

Yay Netflix!
Deb wakes up with the guy of her dreams and discovers a zombie outbreak has occurred.
This is a comedy. I'd say romantic comedy, but it's not. The two leads don't have much chemistry at all. The female lead, Maria Thayer, is charming and hot, but the guy is pretty dull and because they make him a far left liberal he's pretty unlikable too.
While watching it I was thinking, "I wonder if this was originally going to be a Melissa McCarthy movie."
If some sorority girls who happened to be film majors wrote a zombie movie, this might be it.
Cute, dumb movie. Not worth going out of your way to see, but if you did see it, you wouldn't hate it.
