Watched season 1, all 4 eps. Starring thorin oakenshield, dwalin, and max headroom.

It's anime style. Some is stereotypical -- that is to say it's lazy, cyclical, and garrishly unimpressive when they're going for suave, smooth, natural, and elegant. On the other hand, there are very graphic, visceral, gory scenes that could go toe-to-toe with the most over the top 1970s C-Italian horror movies you can find.
