Synopsis:
Session 9 with an Assault on Precinct 13 atmosphere.
Review:
An old-ass cop station has some old-ass evidence which can only be disposed of by a biohaz team (due to dried blood and other such things). Ok, I can buy that. But for some unknown reason, this simply has to happen in the middle of the goddamned night and the force can only spare a single female rookie for the 6-hour shift.
As she sits around the seemingly deserted station, weird shit starts to happen and she eventually learns about a Manson family-like cult of serial killers that allegedly committed mass suicide in the holding cells, who may or may not still be roaming around in a disembodied state of some kind. The biohaz team keeps getting delayed as the disturbances increase in frequency and severity. Saying much more would be spoiling whatever payoff this flick has.
Verdict:
Predictable and pedestrian.
