Synopsis:
A collection of criminals and assholes share a few different storylines centered around a creepy-ass motel in a rundown shit town.
Review:
There are two characters which permeate every plot: a morally ambiguous thief and a murder cult leader/serial killer (the titular dude) who cheated death during a botched execution. However, he's got something of a Dexter kick and only targets the unrepentant. You'll notice Jake Busey, Danny Trejo, and Vinnie Jones easily. You might miss Christopher Judge (Stargate's answer to Mr. T).
Verdict:
It's something semi-different. If you're a genre fan, it's worth checking.
