Kid arrested and faces lifelong stigma over prank.
Clearly just a prank and he shouldn't have his life ruined over it. Here's hoping a judge feels the same way.

Osborn was booked into jail Saturday on 69 counts of indecent exposure, a class 1 misdemeanor, and one count of furnishing harmful items to minors, a class 4 felony. He was subsequently released and ordered to wear an electronic monitor.

Once the school administration noticed the photo, they immediately contacted police and is cooperating fully with the investigation.

There must have been no other murders, rapes, or thefts going on that day, as well as a complete lack of poor or brown people to shoot coupled with no dogs.

Charges dropped.
Hunter Osborn, now 19, was arrested Saturday for the stunt and was charged as an adult with 69 counts of misdemeanor indecent exposure — one count for every "victim" who appeared in the picture, police said.
He was also charged with a felony for furnishing harmful items to minors, and was ordered to wear an electronic monitor upon his release.
Considering they were utter and complete bullshit to begin with, even booking someone on that is evidence of systemic stupidity. What a waste of fucking time and money.
