It'd be great if the dude who rufied her released a statement like:
"I was trying to target a hot, young girl she was with, but Rebel drank everyone's drinks! Maybe show some restraint next time and you won't get accidentally drugged."

Allegedly she only downed a third of a drink (probably cocktail in a lowball or pint glass with a shitload of ice and mixer). It had to be close to 100% pure to affect her.
