A shitty B-movie about how plants dosed with toxic water start feeding on people and their plasma. It almost makes The Happening look good.
Although this was allegedly made in 1990, I swear someone took a time machine back to 1983, shot this, and went back. The acting is MST-calibre bad, the special effects are laughable.
