Watched ep 1. Ep 2 DVR'd. Anthony Hopkins, Ed Harris, Evan Rachael Wood, Xerxes, plus copious amounts of titties and dong.

I like it so far. It's Deadwood, Jurassic Park, and I, Robot. No Will Smith.

Dong is gratuitous.
Boobs are art.

All the bots are always naked in the repair facilities. Other than that, they're usually getting shot, blown up, lacerated, fucked, or talking aimlessly in bad UO-esque quest storylines.

The one guy telling his buddy White Hat to stop talking to the "NPC Quest Giver" was hilarious. Then the NPC shows up again still trying to give quests, and the guy was pissed and lost it.

I couldn't help but think of
So far, I've got three points of interest in the show:
1) Wtf is Ed Harris trying to get at?
2) Why did Anthony Hopkins add the ... reveries ... whatever, past memories to the hosts' programs?
3) I understand why James Marsden was Cyclops. Whether it's Hugh Jackman banging his ex damn near literally over his dead body or Ed Harris in god mode using him for target practice, it's entertaining to watch him get shit upon.

We may as well add a spoiler tag to the thread title. But I can't believe none of his underlings were like, "Dude, WTF?!?!" Trying to picture walking into a design meeting and saying, "Here's my idea -- we're going to hijack small portions of the short-term memory and intentionally corrupt the current configuration with random bits from past configurations, which we keep hanging perpetually around just for the hell of it in long-term memory. Any questions?"
The response better be, "Yes, several," or I'd fire everyone in the room.

He's doing a great job setting the stage for a violent uprising. Isn't that a bit self-destructive unless he's a bot?

Maybe he's Evo Shandor, deciding humanity is too sick to survive. Watching what they do to his robot children hasn't been a good argument in humanity's favor.
Have you realized there's children in shoot everything/fuck everything town?

Third episode still good. The blonde chick being a host specifically designed so that you kill her boyfriend and rape her is pretty fucked up.
Not exactly sure what's going on with the cult people.

The cult folk? Has to tie into the chapel Odin was showing to the kid. Religious overtones a-plenty in that storyline. When Sizemore (who looks a shitload like Thom York) got his new idea axed, I assumed Cyclops's background played into the replacement. I still find the more interesting bits to be Ed Harris and, at least now, wtf happened to Odin's old partner.

CYCLOPS. I couldn't figure out how I knew that actor.
