The synopsis for the film reads," A by-the-book and cry serious lifeguard (Johnson) who is forced to team up with a young rule-flouting hothead in order to save their beach from environmental destruction at the hands of an oil tycoon." No release date has been announced yet.
Sounds like a winner.

Confession: I have never watched Baywatch. I think I did accidentally catch an episode of Baywatch Nights because I was playing a game and didn't care what was on TV.

The environmental aspect seems to have been dropped and replaced with drug running.
Whatever you are expecting from this movie, it probably delivers

Although all of the nudity is male and while there is no female nudity of any kind, many female characters are in bikini's. There are a few instances where covered female breasts are shown moving. Cleavage is also shown.

It's dumb, of course, but look at the show it was based upon.
