Related thread here.

Trailer.

At 1:32 I think we're getting some sort of Summer Glau boobies.

Looks like it could possibly be ok.

I am concerned that killing terminators will be a lot easier on the show than it was in the movie.

I like the idea of her building a localized EMP device (based on something Kyle gave her?).

I'm not sure if I buy River Tam saying, "Come with me if you want to live."

Was I the only one who thought that was hot?

No, that was pretty hot.

Kaylee was hotter, though.

It's nice to see Jewel Staite again as a potential regular on Stargate: Atlantis. But it's just not the same without cute smudges of grease on her cheecks. :)

What role is she playing? I completely missed it.

And I agree. She is hotter than Summer.

She's the new interim head medical doctor lady. No idea for how long, though.

Rumor has it that this show is on thin ice.

It is getting ok ratings, but not good enough for the amount of money they're putting into the special effects and production.

Finally watched Season 1 because I have a BD player that can play it (PS3).

Very solid show. Season 2 BD is going on my wish list. Lots of terminator-related things going on in the world than the movies could show.

The timeline has definitely changed again.... basically, in this universe, T3 never happened. T1, T2, then the events of this show take the Conners in a direction that negates T3 completely.

So good.

How's that get justified?

Not sure if I can say without it being a spoiler.

But I liked it.

But T3 DEFINITELY has been negated.

Season 2:

I didn't like the new characters, and I didn't like how pointless their motivations seemed... until about 5 episodes from the end when suddenly everything tied together and it was like HOLY SHIT.

Someone else needs to watch this series to I can discuss all the stuff that got crammed into the last 3 episodes in order to finish the series. Feels like a lot was rushed.

Finish the series? Fucking execs.

I had the same thoughts. Too many people being introduced and not going anywhere. I thought they were adding them because they were running out of material or something. Like a whole platoon of cousin Olivers. But then, ya, it all came together and was awesome. Right up until I read it was canceled.

I'm going to stop watching shows until they are completely done and have closure. Because, as good as the show was, it turns out to have been a huge waste of time.

I still think about what they did at the end of the second season. Everything we thought we were seeing.... we weren't. It changed everything.

Way better than the third or fourth movies.
