WHy yes, yes she did.
I don't know the source material. Never watched the movie/show/comic books/whatever they are, so I have zero bias going into it.
It was kind of slow, and the trailer let slip the major plot point so I knew it coming, and it was basically "Black Widow except in Japan in the Future and it's Kind of Like Blade Runner."
It was ok.

Ghost in the Bomb Shell.
Opening in 3,440 locations, the movie, starring Scarlett Johansson as a cyber-warrior determined to discover the truth about her own life, pulled in just $19 million domestically — ranking third for the weekend. It was easily overshadowed by the $49 million debut of Fox/DreamWorks Animation’s The Boss Baby and the third weekend of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, which scored $47.5 million.
Ouch. Reported budget of $110M. Better hope Asia saves this dog.

It wasn't good. Just a mess of a film.
I didn't want to pay attention half the time.
Best part was Scar Jo's outfit. That shit was form fitting. Gorgeous woman. Oh shit...did I just do a harassment?
