Another reboot.

This series has been remade and rebooted so many fucking times I don't understand why they can't lay off of it for a decade.

They keep making money. Horror films are pretty cheap to make. As long as they keep making money, they'll keep rebooting them.

It's the #1 genre in terms of making money. My problem with it is give us something new for 10 years, then remake something.

The last TCM reboot was 3 years ago?

Maybe it's because the story line doesn't lend itself to 10-12 variations on the same theme the way Halloween and Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street did? I mean, how many ways can you have a group of teens stumble upon the back woods inbreeds before it starts feeling repetitive? At least with a reboot you can PRETEND you're doing something "fresh" with it.
