As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

I have to say I liked it a lot. Probably on par with the Marvel A game movies. The Dianna character came across in much the way Steve Rogers does (maybe because of their similar background as far as their character's creation). They do good things simply because it's the right thing to do. I think Gal Gadot was amazing in this role. And the chemistry between her and Pine was much more believable than anything I've seen in any of the films of this genre. Then again, it's probably easier to act attracted to Gal than Gwyneth Paltrow.

Yeah, I didn't see the "lack of chemistry" between them at all. I thought they had an interesting relationship.

You talking about Paltrow and Downey? They were great until it supposedly turned into a romantic relationship. Then it all seemed to fall apart as far as their ability to act it. When he played "wants to sleep with her because he's bored and she's someone he hasn't done yet" I could buy it. After they were a supposed item he never seemed to have deep feelings for her or even shallow primal "I really want to bone her" feelings.

If you haven't seen Kung Fu Hustle, you should.

Tagline for the blu ray will be, "Wonder Woman: See? The Ghostbusters Reboot Sucking had Nothing to do with Sexism."

yeah, if chicks could make Titanic the number one grossing movie of all time by seeing it a jazzillion times, you'd think enough women could see Ghostbusters with Tits enough times to at least keep it from bombing. Unless it just sucked. Which apparently it did.

The best part of the GB reboot was when they had an unrealistically stupid prettyboy male in there with no purpose than to be overtly mocked. It's like WHOA PEOPLE WILL LOVE HOW WE ARE GETTING PAYBACK, THIS IS BRILLIANT!

Because, you know, the original GB was nothing but a bunch of sexism toward women.

Those people were so stupid who made that movie.

I kept wondering how he was the male equivalent of Annie Potts.

Actually, that one might have done better.
