There's a "memorandum of understanding," while they "negotiate the details." Last night they agreed to stop fighting again. lol.

Catt's all time favorite president is addressing the nation at 9 p.m. EST Thursday night. (Edited to change it from tonight to Thursday.)

Will he declare himself emperor?
