I've got my scarecrow crown. How do I place it? How do I get Patron Status?

Get credits and buy an APEX whatever it's called. 15 bucks I think?
To put it down you need tax certificates. Buy or make those on scarecrows(anyone's scarecrow)

First scarecrow from the mission comes with tax certs. Just place it by us. Two crowns is filling up. Just logged in and we got neighbors. I'll be on and off tho for the next couple hours.

How do you get the large farm? I REALLY wish I had just rushed the farm house instead of getting the small. One GS per day is sloowwwww.
Want to get a large farm down before even more space in our area is taken up.
If I demolish my current house, I get the 'deed' back, right? And what's the foot print of a farm house?

You have to run the four trade quests for the large farm. You are right, we ought to be rushing for them.
First one is Grapes + Meat
Second is Goose Feathers + Fruit(Grapes work, just process)
Third One is Olives + Dried Flowers (any flower processed)
Fourth (the one you have to bring across the ocean) is Medical Powder(mushrooms work + Narciuss (flower, last page of seed vendor)
Yes the deed is mailed to you, a Small House is 16x16, Small farms are 8x8, Large Farms are 16x16 and the thatched farmhouse is 24x24

So, labor points are account wide, not character? And I didn't get any lp while logged out, I don't think. Logged back in to 1000. Don't remember what I ended at though.
