I have a mexican buddy who cooks good chorizo.
I also had an amazing fettuccine/chicken/chorizo dish in Las Vegas, once.

It makes good soup with chicken broth, a bit of cream or milk, and lots of southern veggies -- corn, green beans, okra.

There was some street vendor somewhere in Europe... maybe France? which served a dog on a big roll with all of your french fries on it, too.
The next night we went back to that same guy and got a burg the same way... fries right on it and it all gets smashed down on the europe equivalent of a george foreman.
I still put fries on my burgs sometimes.

When listing my favorite toppings I completely forgot about coleslaw and green chillies.
I really miss getting good green chillies on everything. *sigh*
