Excellent film.

Weird how good things are when you have a little bit of humor, a good story, callbacks to previous films that show off your long term plan, and are true to your characters.

It's strange that he was a libertarian in the first few movies but by the time this movie comes around he is scared to death and ready to roll over for the government so they can be responsible for stuff instead of him.

It is, but you can kind of see the road he traveled. I think I'll have to start a spoiler thread.

In two weeks it's just shy of $1 billion.

I wonder if WB execs are saying "They made an amazingly good film with a good story, good actors, and have a plan that ensures success, let's copy that method" or "They just stuck a bunch of people in it, let's do the same thing"?

"We aren't in business to copy Marvel."

Looks like they are doing some marketing fuckery with the home release.

We always buy the BD + DVD combo packs, because the DVDs are good to take on vacation for the kid to play on the laptop during the long drives. We always use the digital codes for the same reason.... access in hotels and stuff. No big deal.

But for this release it seems your options are BD, DVD, or 3D + BD + Digital.

If you want the digital code, it makes the 3D sales look better. Strange. I've never seen stuff only packaged with the 3D version of a movie that way. I guess I'll need to buy the BD and pirate a version to watch it on the laptop how I want.
