I don't agree with calling them 'loopholes' either. It makes as much sense as 'reverse racism' to me. Are the deductions you take for your kids loopholes? The mortgage interest you claim? Your charitable deductions? Etc. I don't think following the tax code and whittling your tax down through legal deductions is a loophole. Quit sensationalizing it by calling it a 'loophole'!
