I think this is just going to show that she was criminally negligent with US intelligence which we already knew from having the home brewed server, but as the FBI has already decided to redefine "negligent" this will end up not mattering much.

Yeah.... "I question the timing" doesn't fly too far with me. I question why she was let off in the first place, months ago. It is very evident that she broke the law with her private email server having classified shit on it. I don't think anyone questions that. Non-rich people go to prison for that.
