His "poor kids are just as talented as white kids" (paraphrasing) is a far bigger sin and he was pardoned for that.

Well, here's the details:

the plan also would cut 2022 taxes on average for every income group except those in the top 1 percent.

roughly 20 percent to 30 percent of middle-income households would pay more in taxes in 2022. However, their tax increases would be very small. Among those with a tax increase, low- and middle-income households would pay an additional $100 or less on average.

So 20-30% of middle-income people would pay up to $100/year more, but as a whole, 2nd-4th quintile incomes will go UP after-tax by about 1%.

If every promise of "lowering middle class taxes" that I've heard in my lifetime were true, the middle class would not be paying any taxes.

That's not how math works. You can lower something 1% nearly infinitely.

Oh man, Fox News visibly edited the quote to make it look worse than it really was (his hand literally disappears). It appears he was trying to say "great Negro League pitcher"

That's weird. The far left folks I follow on the Twitters were posting clips of Fox News talking about it the day it happened and it was the same clip. Those left wingers were posting the clip because even Fox was pointing out that it was just a slip up. I wonder which one of their news shows edited it? Or maybe you're not seeing a real Fox clip?

The one I saw was on a show hosted by a Fox News woman and introducing the clip.

CNN running an "expose" highlighting the divide between Harris and Biden.

Her team thinks she's being sidelined.

His team thinks she's not very good at her job and is more focused on political posturing.

I think I'm in camp Biden on this one. Harris has been very unimpressive as VP and I genuinely thought she'd be able to establish herself as a presidential contender next to Biden's Old Man Winter routine. Instead her approval ratings are lower than Biden and Trump.
