Oliver on Trump.
First and foremost, Trump is known for being rich and being a business success. Oliver said that reputation may not be entirely merited.

“Not only did he get a multi-million dollar inheritance from his father but he’s also lost a huge amount.”

His campaign says he’s currently worth more than $10 billion, but not everyone agrees about that number. In fact, when one book estimated that he might only be worth $150 million to $250 million, Trump retaliated by suing the writer for $5 billion.

Trump lost that lawsuit.

Hilariously, in the deposition for the suit, Trump asserted that his estimated net worth could change based on “feelings, even my own feelings.”

Read that last sentence one more time, in case the density of the crazy hasn't bored a hole through your grey matter.

I think the man is Hitler incarnate but even I think estimates are based on feelings.

Trump wishes he had half the charisma in Hitler's pinky. The man was an insane, racist, genocidal lunatic that deserved a bullet in his skull so the rest of the world could piss into it, but he was one hell of an orator.

Admittedly, he could be referring to difficult to mark assets, such as those in il-liquid markets. This impacts lots of people, not just Trump. Some markets are neither liquid nor efficient.

Trump is fucking retarded.
Even as he said he could not speak to whether a special commission should investigate the death, he added, “They say they found a pillow on his [Antonin Scalia's] face, which is a pretty unusual place to find a pillow.”
...
He has declared on a presidential debate stage that he knew a 2-year-old who immediately developed autism from a vaccination. He has appeared on the radio show of the noted conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, who has suggested that the government played a role in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings.
...
“Just the other day, 2 years old, 2-and-a-half-years old, a child, a beautiful child went to have the vaccine, and came back, and a week later got a tremendous fever, got very, very sick, now is autistic,” Mr. Trump said at a Republican debate in September.
...
More recently, at a South Carolina campaign event, Mr. Trump touched on the smoky theory that the identity of those who funded the attacks was still not publicly known. If he wins, he said, “you will find out who really knocked down the World Trade Center.”

So Trump is the Republican candidate for 2016 huh?

That's uh... I guess what I expected. I'm still a little confused, because I haven't had an actual conversation with anyone who was voting for him, , but then again if you went by my friends and circles, Bernie Sanders was rolling Hillary.

It goes without saying that he'd be a disaster, and i'm not quite sure how much I should worry. He hits a bell with a certain part of the GOP base, but that's where this circus surely has to end, I just can't see him getting broad support from anyone else.

My buddy, a lifelong pachyderm, is going Trump.

Malcolm: "Dude, WHAT THE FUCK? You'll surrender the White House and Congress for the next two decades."
"The party's fucked anyway. We're going out nuclear."

True - if they really are voting purely to fuck shit up and make "change" happen, there isn't a better way they could go about it. A new party might spin off, certainly an identity change. Shit's gonna be wild.

I like watching a good inferno as much as anyone else. I don't want to be viewing from the inside out.

I guess insulate yourself from the Republican party, then. No better time to be an independent.

Moving to Canada is a hot google topic after Trump's Super Tuesday win.

It probably was more checking on what celebrities claimed they were moving, but this could be a positive side effect of Trump winning. The country could use fewer political nutjobs on both ends of the spectrum.

I bet they'll all think twice after they see the enormous "FUCK YOU" tax that comes along with leaving the US permanently. Or are these pussies talking about buying an open-ended ticket for 4-8 years?

I'm not a fan of morons who do that "I'm moving" shit.

Makes me wonder what else they quit on when the road gets bumpy or they don't get their way.

Yeah, they could pool their money and just put out a contract on the sumbitch.

I will be actually encouraging the "I'll leave the country" people to actually do so as a form of "ha ha, you suck."

I will be encouraging them to find a homophobic, closeted gay elementary teacher with a couple gender reassignment surgeries under his belt to fuck Donnie Dickhead to death.

gender CONFIRMATION surgery. Keep up with the currently approved nomenclature.

Confirming should be done before cutting.
