Riddick 3 - Formerly: "Riddick sequel"

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

This is some sort of "motion picture comic" that bridges the second movie and upcoming 3rd movie.

They're just called motion comics, and they're a fad that is not taking off.

Saw this last night. It's more Pitch Black than Chronicles, maybe a bit too much. Waiting a little more before I post thoughts. It suffers from the same problem that Chronicles did in that certain scenes go way, way over the top. Sometimes it ends up looking cool; others, not so much. It doesn't get stupid enough to cross into the "fury of an entire race" category.

Second viewing done. Opening spoiler thread. The third act turns into a bit of a shitstorm.

Without going into too much ...

You only need to see this if you're a fan. Otherwise, just wait until Netflix or someone else has it.

Didn't have a chance to catch it in theaters. I need to get all of them on Bluray anyway, so I will be looking for a collection.

Liked it. Different yet same, and still generally followed the storyline from the second movie, yet took a little detour.

Plus... finally... boobies in my Riddick.

I watched the Director's cut, haven't seen the theatrical version... are there boobies in that one? Even katee Sackoff boobies, though of course that could be cgi, and her nipples are not, in fact, pink, as Riddick says.

Also........ why do I feel like when Vin Diesel is with a woman talking all dirty and shit.... why does it feel like he is acting?

Doing a little reading, it looks like the unrated cut I watched had an alternate ending.

Yeah, briefly.

Goddamnit. Now I have to see it.

Directors cut boobies were long and lingering.

Alternate ending brought the Necros back into it, apparently.

Ha ha just kidding, y'all can pretend like you didn't get damp.

This is Starbuck's sponge bath scene...

And this is the Necromonger 5-way he was enjoying.
