I'm all caught up now, except for tonight's episode which I'll watch this weekend.

In case anyone missed it, there were 10 2 to 4 minute webisodes released that gave a bit of back story to the New Caprica resistance.

1. There are also tons of deleted scenes on that site. Let me know if any of them are any good.

2. I watched the first video blog... Lee Adama has an english accent! And it was cool to hear a producer talking about how important it is that they don't get complacent in making the series.

3. I hate to admit, but I saw a microsoft advertisement on that page that made me laugh: "Cylons. It's why debugging is so important."

Goddamn, I get the feeling that if I ever get a chance to view the series, I'd get hooked. But I gotta get that chance. At the moment, though, I ain't got shit.

It was - for BSG - a very touchy-feely episode tonight. It mostly centered around the main characters beating the crap out of each other because they love each other.

Not bad.

4. "The Hybrid..." Minority Report, anyone?

5. a. They didn't really look like they were starving. And... 7-10 days? Since when will peeps die of starvation in 7-10 days?
b. They were starving because Lee ate all the food during the colonization of New Caprica, right?

Ok, here's a spoiler for this week's fall finale of the show (that isn't really a spoiler because it is in sci-fi.com's "here's the next episode preview" video):

Adama to Xena: Cylon Princess in a face-to-face meeting - "You attempt to intercept that ship and I'll launch every nuke I've got."

* exposiony stuff happens *

Adama - "Nuke the planet."

What an awesome fucking show.

* Begin discussion after the midseason finale, "The Eye of Jupiter." *

Ok.

The HOMEWORLD references are really stacking up. They found the stone leading the way home, we're just waiting for the Chief to decipher it.

NUCLEAR RELEASE IS AUTHORIZED. Very cool.

So, the new episodes start in Jan? Or are they going to be repeats for a while on the new day and time?

I may put the first 2 season in the blockbuster queue and rewatch the whole series and time it so I see the last episode of 2.0 (Assuming they release the first half early again [assuming that's what they did during the second season]) right before the new episodes kick off.

Ok.

Season 3 has gotten sort of slow and boring, in a Melrose Place sort of way.

I'm all caught up except for the last episode. DVR says it's one where Starbuck is "losing her mind."

It's the same subdued tone as the rest of the season, but ... well, come back after you see it, I'll be interested in hearing what you think.

Didn't see last night's, but when Starbuck died I was saying to myself, 'Yah we'll see her on a Cylon basestar' Going to watch last night's in a few.

I'm sure we'll see her again, but I don't think it'll be on a basestar. After all, even the other cylons don't know who the final five are, and they'd know if the emptys for them were on the basestars.

Well I guess we know what the Season 3 cliffhanger will be. A door opening and it's her.
