Hot Fuzz
Shaolin Soccer
Kung Pow
Tombstone
The Whole Nine Yards
Lilo and Stitch
Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
Kingsman would be on the list easily except for two irritating parts that I skip every time: the nightclub scene and the ending where he does spoilers with you-know-who.
I'm surprised Office Space isn't on Mal's list from how often he quotes it.

Office Space definitely.

I'm pretty sure my reaction to this film was that it was meh. I remember almost nothing from it.

Same. Way overhyped. The only things I 'remember' are the quotes people repeat foreve.r

Brilliant's a little strong. It's fun, it's good. But it's not Perfect.

Hot Fuzz has no weaknesses. No unnecessary scenes. It doesn't plod. Tons of hidden jokes and subtle details you don't pick up until more viewings.
Also, I will counter your disagreement with Hot Fuzz with my belief Office Space is overrated. It's good for sure, but great? Perfect? Nah.

But seriously, like Mr. Angle, I probably don't watch enough movies. HF doesn't stand on its own, it needs you to know 100 other movies to make it funny.

It doesn't need you to know 100 other movies, just action cliches. That does not negate from the movie. If that were the case we'd need to also eliminate all sequels from this thread.
