This is also correct. Oddest and most disappointing of all post-credit scenes so far.

Finally shipped the final version of my deliverable to the client at 10:30 last night. So, at long last, I got to go see the 11p showing. In 3d!

Solid movie. Didn't take itself too seriously, and I had to get used to that "style," but was perfectly happy when I did.

Credit roll, we start to leave. I remember this thread. We sit down... and wait... and WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT.

Still good the second time. Saw it with Vince. Someone said something about it being better than star wars.

I said it was better than at least 4 of the 6 Star Wars movies. You said more fun. I said if we're talking more fun, than more fun than 5 of the 6.

A really good movie. Great opportunity to introduce Galactus again in a way which doesn't suck balls as did the 2nd FF movie.

Nah, you top them with a good beef base gravy with some taters on the side.

Post credits scene was HILARIOUS.

Like a joke 28 years in the making.

I thought it was a waste... in the past the post-credits thing moved the story along a bit. Wasn't that just nothing? They have now tied that in with the Avengers universe? Will anything become of it? Probably not.

I doubt it's tied in at all. IT'S JUST FREAKING HILARIOUS! Perfect.

I don't think you understood the movie, if you didn't get that scene.

I was just fucking with you, but did you see the Howard the Duck movie? Do you remember how awful and disappointing it was?

To me, it was Marvel apologizing for that movie. And sticking with the somewhat offkilterness of the GotG people/movie, it threw in a after credits scene that was kinda random, not tied into anything.

It may have been Disney apologizing for it. In an effort to prevent Disney from suing them out of existence, Marvel gave Disney final say on what was and wasn't okay to do with Howard the Duck back in the day. I think that included the movie script and character design.

They could bring him into the next movie. He and Rocket could have some interesting back and forth.

It has already been stated that they will be meeting on screen.

If it weren't for the language and violence, this would be a perfect family movie. Heck, even as is it probably is to a certain age.

Robert Downey Jr. says Guardians is the best Marvel movie ever.

I easily put it in the top 3.
