The Borgata Casino is suing one of the most famous poker players in the world, claiming he won close to $10 million by cheating with a technique called edge sorting.


That's literally the first line in the linked article.

the Golden Nugget Casino has already filed suit against Gemaco


So one casino has sued them, but the Borgata hasn't yet. They're going after Ivy.

This is the same industry that claimed use of mathematical statistics was cheating, I'm not shocked they're trying to get the player.
