Lucy

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Oh yeah, saw a trailer for that before Cap2. Looked pretty cool.

Decent film. More of a thinker than an action movie.

ScarJo is good, although sometimes so good, she's awkward.

The biggest problem with the movie is that the person writing it doesn't use more than 10% of their brain, and thus, wouldn't have a clue what one can do. I will say this: her ability to strategize and predict what other people will do doesn't seem to be affected by her expanding brain capacity.

In other words, the Honest Trailers guys will have a field day with this movie. (Or is it the screen junkie guys? Or are they the same?)

I hated Morgan Freeman's character. He served little purpose other than to explain that she was using more and more of her brain. Because apparently flashing the percentage number wasn't enough for most viewers.

I liked it better than the 66% it has on Rotten Tomatoes, maybe say 80%.

Luc Besson, as always, tries to be clever with his directing.

The only part that bugged me was near the end when shit is going down and she does nothing to stop it, because she is hitting 99% of her potential.... what, is she distracted or something? I don't know. Maybe she realized none of that shit was important.

I didn't mind Morgan Freeman's character... he was apparently the top brain theoretician in the world, and Lucy needed context for what was happening to her. It's lucky for all of us that he was a good guy and gave her good advice.
