Let's conservatively assume that each bag had 1g of street-grade heroin. 50 grams is a bit less than 2 ounces. If you pull a Layne Staley-type isolation, you can go through a few grams a day. But that only lasts for so long before you eventually misjudge the dose. That rate of use you keep you permanently penned up for twenty-four hours without much trouble.
