The one where Ned Beatty gets raped, and not in a good way like how you want.
So I get the metaphor that technology of damming the river was wiping out that valley and all of the nature and communities it contained, and I get that the presence of the city boys on the canoe trip and the locals they killed reflected that.... and the fact that since both the town was ugly and the locals were evil makes it ambiguous....
But why was the name of the movie "Deliverance?" Who or what is acquiring that condition?
