Edit: I looked up The Brood on Wikipedia. It has spoilers.

I don't remember hearing anything about that film before.

I know the X-Men had to battle The Brood, but those were more like cockroach monsters from outer space.

Hollywood is completely devoid of an original thought.

The only advice I can offer is to get over it.

They will shit on everything in the name of making a buck. I wouldn't be surprised if they remade Jaws.
