Saw a news bit last night that NYC is facing a severe housing shortage and needs something like 540K more units. During the bit it was discussed that a lot of available apartments are sitting vacant because they need some improvements before being rented and the landlords will not invest the money over concerns that Mamdani is going to pass shit that prevents them from getting that money back.
Now he wants to prevent them from being able to ensure people can afford to rent their places. This has to be intentional sabotage, right? Nobody can be this stupid...
