You might not know the name, but you know their stuff.

Their woke workers decided that right now, when the company is struggling financially, is the prime time to start a union and make stupid demands.

They could of course just go make their own comic label, but then they wouldn't be able to fuck up any of the IP, they'd have to make their own characters which no one is interested in.
