This looks promising.

I couldn't tell from the trailer why they had to remake the movies rather than just buy new tapes...?

Interesting.

"From the director of Eternal SUnshine of the Spotless Mind..." so, like a few others in that vein, we'll be expected to accept a film with a single outrageous premise. Which is all right, if the rest of the film is good enough. We'll see.
