Superbad

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Saw the trailer for this movie at ATHF.

I think I laughed more at the trailer than the movie it opened for. Possibly.

I wish cops like that really existed.

The scene at the convenience store....
That's the Circle K that I'd go to when I worked at the zoo. I've been there hundreds of times.

Saw the movie last night.

All of the "outside the liquor store" stuff happened in the parking lot of a Circle K that I'd visit on most of my lunch breaks when I worked at the L.A. Zoo.

As far as the movie goes. It did not meet my expectations. I was expecting something over the top, but I don't think it went over the top enough. The movie never really pushed the limits.
A lot of small stuff happened that I thought were setups for later jokes, but they were never cashed in on.

The cops were awesome, but there's a scene where they're actually show emotion, which sort of ruins my impression of them.

I think that if the people who made American Pie had the script, they would have done a much better job.

I wanted to punch Seth in the belly.

I think I'd have loved this movie in high school, but now that I'm married with children, it was just so-so.
